Accommodation
Accommodation at Sunraysia Resort in Mildura is comfortable and luxurious. We pride ourselves on accommodating families and couples.
Each apartment is self-contained. Relax in one of the two bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and dining area. Escape the midday heat with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Selected units contain spas. Sunraysia Resort provides carparks close to each apartment. The outdoor amenities are all within walking distance. The main bedroom includes a queen size bed. There are two single beds provided in the second bedroom. The convertible double bed/settee in the spacious living room allows each apartment to house up to six people. Most apartments also house two bathrooms, selected apartments contain full laundry facilities. Five of our two bedroom units are now pet-friendly. Restaurant
Sunraysia Resort has an excellent Bar and Restaurant. The Hideaway Restaurant offers dinner Tuesday to Saturday. It is the perfect place to unwind at the end of your day. Enjoy a beverage and a game of pool. Relax outdoors under the shade sails in the courtyard.
There are many local wines for you to try as well as local beers on tap. There is also a happy hour in the bar every Thursday evening. It’s the perfect time to relax and meet the other Resort guests over a few drinks.

Houseboats
The houseboats are a luxury three bedroom apartment on water, one of which is now dog friendly.
Each houseboat contains:
- two queen size beds and two single beds
- a fully equipped lounge with high definition big-screened television
- home theatre and DVD player
- fully equipped kitchen – even a laundry
Outside at the rear of the vessel, there is an open deck with an outdoor setting, hooded barbecue, and the best view of the river in Sunraysia.

Outdoor pool area Monday 11th of May, 2026 for approximately 3 months
We would like to inform you that our outdoor pool area will be undergoing major maintenance and enhancements from the 11th May 2026 for approximately 3 months.
As part of these improvements, we are excited to be developing a brand-new water park for our guests to enjoy.
During this period, the outdoor pool area will be temporarily unavailable. We understand this may cause some inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create an even better experience for your future stays.
All other resort amenities will remain available. If you have any questions or would like assistance with your booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Love this resort
The only let-down is the Wi-fi, as it always has been.
The rooms are nice and big and the beds comfortable.
Disappointing coffee shop. Only has full cream milk - apparently 😕 too much waste to even have lactose free milk. You can bring in your own if you want a cappuccino.
Rooms are clean and basic. Has all the kitchen utensils you will need - dishwasher tablets also. 2 bedroom unit had a washing machine and dryer.
No toiletries in bathrooms. So, make sure you have your own.
Indoor heated pool and separate spa/sauna quite good. Can be busy with kids and parents. Good camp kitchen with BBQs. Has a fridge to keep drinks cold whilst cooking.
Unfortunately, reception has limited opening hours.
All in all a good place to hang out.
